In August 2021 I was part of Matej Matejka's Contradictions workshop at The Grotowski Institute's forest base in Brzezinka, Poland.

This was the beginning of a journey for me exploring Matej's practice and deepening my own potentials for movement, as well as sparking a huge interest for me and the beginnings of research into how physical theatre can translate to film, and what are the possibilities in making recorded work of moving bodies.

This is a research I am hoping very much to continue in 2021.
