Briony O'Callaghan

Hi!  I am Briony.  I make theatre.
I also perform, direct, movement direct, write, dream, Teach, dance, and various other human stuff.

my practice is often in Lecoq-based and Grotowski-inspired work, with forays into installation, visual art and pure stupidity. I am interested in personal hells, transformation, the grotesque and the sublime.

I work regularly with several organisations and individuals in the UK and internationally.  
 
I am artistic director of Created a Monster, and associate artist/core company member of David Glass Ensemble AND SALTYDOLLS. I work as a performer with Blind Summit and Dream Awake, new sister company with Gecko directed by Amit Lahav. I direct regularly with HistoryRiot and others.
